The Red Fire Share Seasons
- Full Season - 24 weeks of vegetable shares from early June through mid-December
- Main Season - 20 weeks of vegetable shares from early June through late October
- Deep Winter Locavore CSA - January, February, and March
Share Options
- Vegetable Shares
- Over the years we have selected what we think are the best, most flavorful varieties of vegetables and fruits for our CSA shares. Shares average about 10 lbs each week, lighter in the early season, heavier as we head towards fall. November and December shares contain a mix of root and storage crops and winter greens.
- Fruit Shares
- A deluxe option of locally-grown fruit. Each week, from our farm and partners in our area, we source a unit of fruit for the share, like a pint or quart of strawberries, a pint of blueberries, 2 lbs plums, 3 lbs peaches, melons, or a half peck of apples. Our partner farms and orchards use low-spray integrated pest management (IPM) practices, and Red Fire Farm contributions are certified organic.
- Egg Shares
- Our flock of chickens is pasture-raised by rotation through our fields, and certified organic. Half-dozen shares available each week with vegetable shares. Twenty weeks, June through October.
- Flower Shares
- Enjoy a beautiful bouquet of local organic flowers each week. Ten weeks from mid-July through mid-September.
- Home Delivery
- Have your share delivered right to your home or office door by our delivery partners in Boston and Western Mass. Delivery available in Northampton, Pittsfield and the Boston area.
