It is in the Boston Metro region of Massachusetts

Description

Powisset Farm is a property of the Trustees of Reservations. We are a 300-person CSA that grows on 15 acres. We have a farm stand open to the public. We also donate food to local hunger-relief organizations, and sell to restaurants and specialty markets in the Boston area. We are open for volunteers to drop in on Saturdays from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.

Products

Vegetables, honey and jam.

CSA

We offer 300 full shares for 21 weeks. Shares cost $565 and are available for pickup at the farm.

Farmers' Market

Dorchester Winter Market, Sundays noon to 3 p.m., from January 8 to March 25

Farm Stand

Open Tuesdays 1:30 to 6:30 p.m., June through October.

Pick Your Own

Flower and herbs, July through September.
