It is in the Berkshires region of Massachusetts
Description
Farmers Elizabeth Keen and Al Thorp have been growing vegetables, herbs and flowers since 1997. We sell our produce to our CSA (Community Supported Agriculture), whereby members purchase a share that feeds two adults or a small family. Included with the vegetable share are pick-your-own crops like cherry tomatoes, green beans, cut flowers and sweet peas. Members may also purchase a fruit share, local meat and bread.Indian Line Farm produce is also available at the Great Barrington Farmers' Market, and at a few nearby restaurants and stores.
Growing healthy food for ourselves and our community is our goal. Our produce is Certified Naturally Grown through a nonprofit alternative eco-labeling program. In addition, we grow according to the 1997 NOFA Massachusetts Organic Certification Program guidelines as mandated in our long-term lease. We stand behind all that we do.
